Refund Policy & Cancellation Policy
Deposits

A non-refundable 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking.

This deposit holds your spot and covers pre-production planning.
Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

With sufficient notice, we’ll happily transfer your deposit to a new date.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations

Cancellations made with more than 48 hours' notice will not be refunded, but the deposit may be applied to a future project (within 3 months).

Cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot will result in loss of the deposit, and may incur additional fees if expenses have already been committed.
Refunds on Completed Work

Due to the custom and creative nature of our services, no refunds are issued once work has been delivered.

If you are unsatisfied with the final product, we offer one complimentary round of revisions, within the agreed scope of work.
Payment Terms

Remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final project, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Late payments may incur a 5% late fee every 7 days past the due date.
